Focus on the Family posted Thursday the first official poster for Adventures in Odyssey The Movie. The Instagram and Facebook accounts for the film put it up the same afternoon, calling it the first time they were sharing the one-sheet. Downloads are on the movie site.
The title on the paper is Journey into the Impossible. It is a prequel to the Focus on the Family audio drama that has run since 1987, coming to theaters in 2027. Inventor John Avery Whittaker moves his family to Odyssey for a fresh start, then gets pulled into a hunt his childhood mentor left behind. Dave Arnold, the series’ executive producer, is producing. John Pomeroy, the Disney supervising animator, designed the new look.
